We work very hard to make our guests feel welcome, however, occasionally there may be an issue. if there is something that you are not happy with, no matter how big or small, please give us the opportunity to resolve it by reporting it immediately to Sam on 07598 909 641. We aim to respond within an hour, and we will do everything possible to resolve any issues that you experience within 24 hours.

Staff: We are made up of a small, dedicated team. Sam and Tim are experienced hosts, and it is very important to us that you have the best time when you stay here. To achieve this, we send detailed information in advance of your stay. We want to make sure that your holiday is everything that you want it to be.  During your stay, we will be available by email, text or mobile phone if you need us, we are always happy to help. 

 

Facilities: The cottage is well maintained.  The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. We provide a welcome pack, which we hope you enjoy. We provide Tea/coffee sugar, milk, as well as cooking oil, salt, and pepper. Dishwasher tablets, washing machine pods, hand soap, washing up liquid, foil, cling film, baking paper, kitchen roll, rubber gloves, tea towels and oven gloves are all included in the price.

We provide professionally laundered bath sheets and hand towels, as well as toilet paper, handwash, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, and tissues. We have GHD hairdryers in each bedroom. 
Many Hosts do not provide these and only provide the very basics.

 

Cleanliness: Each changeover is very thorough and included in the cost of your stay . It takes approximately 4 hours to clean the whole of the property and will be carried out to a high standard.
Many Hosts charge extra for the cleaning.

 

Location: Langunnett Cottage is one of the nicest cottages situated on the edge of East Looe and the location is beautiful. It is set high up and surrounded by woodland with outstanding views of Looe River. We have been completely honest and open in our listing about roads and pavements, access, parking, hills, uneven paths and steps.

 

Comfort: The cottage is spacious, warm and cosy. It sleeps 4 adults comfortably (5 on request). All three bedrooms are en-suite of which bedrooms 1 and 2 have separate showers and air spa jacuzzi baths.
 

Bed rating: The beds are made up with Bedeck luxury bedding. The pillows are of luxury Duck feather and down within hypo-allergenic cases.

Bed 1 - Kings Size.  – Sealy. orthopaedic firm support.

Bed 2 - Double Size.  - Sleep Softly Ltd. medium strength support springs.

Bed 3 - 4ft Small Double Size. - Hotel Contract Beds. medium strength support.
 

Value for money: We believe that we offer great value for money. Our prices include gas, electric, Wifi, changeover cleaning, bedding, towels, toilet rolls, shampoo, bodywash, conditioner, all kitchen essentials and a welcome pack. Many Hosts do not provide extras and only provide the very basics.
